Wendy received her Florida Real Estate License in 2015 and continues to welcome new challenges in her life. Soon after receiving her Sales Associate License, she pursued success in earning her Community Association Manager License (CAM) license in 2016 and her Florida Real Estate Brokers License in 2019.
